3. Membership and Participation
3.1 Membership applications are subject to approval by the Club Committee.

3.4 Participation in martial arts training involves physical activity. Members confirm they are fit to participate and agree to disclose any relevant health information to the Club.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Membership fees, training fees, and event fees are payable as published by the Club and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Payments may be made via PayPal, Revolut, or other methods designated by the Club.
4.3 Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Events
5.1 Registration for events is binding upon confirmation and subject to event-specific terms.
5.2 The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide refunds or alternatives.
5.3 Participants must comply with event rules, health and safety requirements, and any instructions issued by event organisers.
6. Liability
6.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for:
(a) any injury sustained during training or events, except where caused by the Club’s negligence;
(b) loss of personal property;
(c) indirect or consequential loss.
6.3 Members participate in training and events at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own insurance coverage if required.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Club unless otherwise stated.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Club materials without prior written consent.
8. Photography and Media
8.1 By signing the Club Application Form, members consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy.
8.2 Images and recordings remain the property of the Club and may be used on the website, social media, and promotional materials.
9. Website Use
9.1 You agree not to misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with the site’s operation.
